Guys, I mentioned during the past two races that I found a free voice chat program to replace Ventrilo. It's call Discord. I've been using it for several weeks and like it so far. I've already setup a server for us, but you'll need the invite code to get in.

I'm still racing on an old XP machine that won't support Discord (Windows 7 or newer only). I'll try to figure something out.

@racerx I got it working on the browser but don't have PTT feature. I'll set the sensitivity high enough so that hopefully the background won't trigger it.

Jeff,Kallen,and I just tried the Discord app for our phones and it worked good you can try that option.

I finally got my voice chat issue with the app figured out, so it's probably safe to say we can shut down the vent server now unless anyone else has any objections.

Does anyone know why the desktop app won't install in windows 10?
