Windows 10 start clock

Hey guys, so after finding the time to get back on the water I've run into a bit of an issue. The game runs almost perfectly aside from there being no start clock. I've tried altering the compatibility mode, hoping that it would fix it, but unfortunately it did absolutely nothing. Any advise would be greatly appreciated!

I recently installed Windows 10 on my wife's computer, I still need to install rFactor on it to try and see what's up.

I have windows 10 and it works for me. I run it as administrator.

I have a rfactor shortcut on the desktop right click that go down to properties then click the compatibility tab then go down and click the box that says run this program as an administrator.

As with windows 8, make sure you have latest Direct X 9 Runtime installed http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35
