Updated UHLTelemetryPlugin to work with rFactor 1.255g
Updated UHLTelemetryPlugin to turn on headlights when going under 80mph (only when on UHL server).
Updated all Modern gen files to include headlight models which appear as a single small light beam above the cockpit.
Included required D3DX9_43.dll that was previously missing.

Use the HydroMod Installer/Updater to update. You may need to run it as administrator (if it crashes).
