With this release, I have created a new Dedicated Server Manager app to make it easier to run and manage dedicated servers. The app is availble on the HydroSim page in the Dedicated Server section, or the link below. It supports auto-updating HydroSim, managing server settings, rules, admin, chat without going in game. Also supports basic user authentication for remote management.
The Python SDK v1.2.0 has been updated to work with the latest version of HydroSim. It can be updated/installed with
pip install -U hydrosim_sdk.v0.8.7.0

- IPC: On dedicated server, added chat message sent from server.
- Fixed issue where server would show drivers on server after they left.

- Updated rules to support new H1 score-up rules.
