Fixed

1. Fixed errors caused by some DirectInput devices resulting in various issues.
2. Fixed issues with Audio RPM values getting out of sync on other players.
3. Disabled water flow physics on buoys due to server not simulating flow. This was causing buoys on client/server to be slightly out of sync resulting in phantom buoy penalties.
4. Minor performance optimization for flag cloth sim.

1. Added a new aerodynamics library for future use.
