Master vs Fantasy Boat List

So when picking a boat for any league racing are we picking any boat from the master boat list? Is there any support for just going to a fantasy list? I see a reserve list for fantasy U numbers. Maybe that list should be capped at 2 numbers per racer. Using the master list is a bit limiting since not every number from 1-100 was used in actual racing. Thoughts?

@DW-ANDREWS This past season we all had to use boats from the Master Hull Roster, and limited it to 2 boats per number. In future seasons I don't know if fantasy boats will be allowed, that's still being discussed. We've also limited people to 2 fantasy numbers per driver.
