Set ups: How?

I'm new to the rFactor and how it interacts with Boats? Is there any documents or explanations that shows how the setup screen in rFactor?
Can you adjust Conard Wings on the fly on the Unlimited Boats?
Sorry for the Novice questions, you guys have been great helping me get hooked up to this point. Just ordered my t150 wheel.

@RustyGears You can set up the canard wing while in the pits. Click on "garage", "general", and look for "front wing". Adjust the value up or down to your liking. There is no way to adjust the canard while you're driving the boat.
